Refunds
A plan is paid for once and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Money comes back within 14 days of a purchase if the credits it bought are still unspent.

Nothing to cancel
A plan is one payment for one month. When the month is up it stops on its own, and nothing is charged again — not on that day and not later. Your account page shows the plan you are on and the day it ends. If you want another month after that, you buy one; if you do not, you do nothing.
The receipts for what you have paid, and the card you paid with, are on the billing page linked from your account.
When money comes back
Within 14 days of a payment, in full, provided the credits that payment bought have not been spent. Ask by email or through support and say which payment; we do not require a reason. A refunded month ends when the money goes back.
Once an answer has been generated the credits behind it are gone, and that part of the payment is not refundable. This is the whole of the catch and it is worth being plain about why: credits are the thing being sold, an answer is what they turn into, and there is nothing to hand back afterwards. A month you have barely touched is refunded; a month you have spent is not.
After 14 days we are not obliged to refund anything. We would still rather hear from you than not — if something went wrong at our end, the age of the charge is not the interesting fact about it. Write to pcliststeam@gmail.com.
What you are buying
One month of a plan, at the price shown when you buy it and in US dollars, paid once. You are shown the amount before it is taken and it is on your account page afterwards. There is nothing else for sale on this site, and nothing that charges you again.
Credits are what a plan gives you and are not money. They cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value except through this page. A month’s allowance is for that month and does not roll over; it ends when the month does.
If we end it instead
If we close your account for something you did — the terms list what that would be — unspent credits are not refunded. If we close it for any other reason, or stop selling something you had paid for, you get back what you had not used, without asking.
Before you call your bank
Please write to us first. Not because a dispute is not your right — it is, and if we cannot sort it out you should use it — but because we can answer in an hour what takes a card issuer weeks, and the usual reason for a disputed charge here is somebody not recognising a name on a statement. That name is on who we are.
Asking about any of this
Write to pcliststeam@gmail.com, or use the form on support, which reaches the same person and attaches what you were looking at.
